Bucket/Folder Task
You can configure the settings for the task to regularly run for a folder alias.
The task processing is as follows.
-
Selected Images for processing When the selected items to process have lower-level hierarchy, the images contained within them will also be processed.
In the following cases, the items in the lower-level hierarchy are not included for processing.-
When a folder alias in lower-level hierarchy is specified as task / replication target and enabled. When you want to include a folder in the lower-level hierarchy in the upper-level hierarchy for the task processing, please disable every task/replication targets in the lower-level hierarchy. Even when disabling or deleting the schedules in the lower-level hierarchy, they will not be included in the task processing.
-
When [Do not inherit tasks from parent folder] is enabled for a folder alias in a lower-level hierarchy.
-
-
Schedule When scheduled date / time reaches, it checks if there are backup images to processes. If there is, the scheduled task runs.
-
Process Order
The respective tasks run the enabled tasks in order of the tabs.- You can change the order of the tabs by dragging and dropping the tabs.
- If multiple types of tasks are configured, by default, when the task configured in the first tab successfully completes, the task configured in the second tab will run. Enabling [Continue the subsequent task if the previous task fails], the subsequently scheduled task will run when the previous task fails in error.
- The image files created before the start time of the respective types of tasks are included in the target for processing. After starting a scheduled process, the image files that have not been created when running the first schedule of the task type are not included in the target for the task. The image files are included in the target for the subsequent schedule. Before running the subsequent schedule of the task type, if creation of the image files has completed, the image files are included in the target for the task of the type.
Replication
Please note that if ImageCenter task or ActiveImage Protector’s post-backup tasks are configured for the same image set, it may not operate as expected.

After changing the name, click icon to fix the name.
-
Create Sub-folder
When enabled, a sub-folder named after the computer running ImageCenter (with StorageServer) is created and the folder structure of the items in which tasks are configured will be copied. When disabled, instead of creating a sub-folder, the folder structure of the items in which tasks are configured will be copied. When Actiphy ImageCenter is specified as the replication target, even when this option is enabled, the sub-folder named after the computer running ImageCenter (with StorageServer) will not be created.
-
Replication Policy
Please select Replication Policy from the following. The target image files which changes are made before scheduled time will be included / excluded for processing depending on the enabled option. The image files deleted as a result of consolidation, retention policy, manual deletion may be included in processing.
-
